Senior Pastor - Bob Benoit has been with TLCC for several years. He is currently attending seminary college to receive his degree. He graciously accepted the offer of taking over the Senior Pastor position when asked by the denomination. Pastor Bob has a vast knowledge of the Bible, and a deep love for the Lord. He and his wife Amy have three children. Cory, who is serving our country in the United States Marine Corps., Alyssa, who is a Senior at Littlerock High School, and Bethany, who is in the 6th grade.
Associate Pastor - Larry Hammond is the former senior pastor of a local church and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He teaches our Tuesday night Bible Study and preaches on Sunday mornings as requested by the Senior Pastor. He and his wife Joan have three daughters and four grandchildren. They have lived in and served the community since 1985.
Associate Pastor of Spanish Ministries - Sergio has been with TLCC for just over three years. Recently the Spanish service celebrated its second anniversary and is growing by leaps and bounds. Sergio serves with his wife Connie and their children who work diligently for the Lord.
 Youth Pastor - Ben and Elaina Poirier are our youth pastors. For almost three years Ben and Elaina have served as Bob Benoit's partners in crime in this area. With Bob moving up they are taking the brave step of taking over. They are both phenomenally gifted and our youth are sure to blossom under their careful if not keystone cop style of teaching.
Director of Worship and Children's Ministries - Nan Bull loves the Lord with her whole heart and shows it in worship and the teaching of our children. Nan serves with her husband Greg who is one of our Elders. They have four grown children: Nicole is happily married to Josh Kornoff. Tiffany is engaged and about to graduate from Cal State Dominguez Hills in Carson, CA. Samantha is coaching volleyball at LHS. Andrew is a Senior at LHS.
Church Administrator - Rose McKee is the brains of the operation. Rose is a genius of scheduling and management. If you have any questions, she is the one to ask. Just please don't ask on Sunday. She is off then. Rose serves with her husband Ed who serves as an Elder. Together they have two grown children, Eddy, who is 21, and Alex, who is 20.
Amy Benoit holds an office with no title. It is not because the position doesn't warrant a title but because there is no limit to what she does for the church. Our office would not be the same without her. She is the wife of our senior pastor, she is also a full-time mother and chief candle maker. Together with Bob they have three children, Cory,19, who is serving our country in the United States Marine Corps., Alyssa, who is a Senior at Littlerock High School, and Bethany, who is in the 6th grade.
