Senior Pastor - Bob Benoit has been with TLCC for several years. He is currently attending seminary college to receive his degree. He graciously accepted the offer of taking over the Senior Pastor position when asked by the denomination. Pastor Bob has a vast knowledge of the Bible, and a deep love for the Lord. He and his wife Amy have three children. Cory, who is serving our country in the United States Marine Corps., Alyssa, who is a freshman at Antelope Valley College, and Bethany, who is in the 7th grade.

Administrative Pastor- Larry Hammond is the former senior pastor of a local church and has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He teaches our Tuesday night Bible Study and preaches on Sunday mornings as requested by the Senior Pastor. He and his wife Joan have three daughters and four grandchildren. They have lived in and served the community since 1985.
 Ministerial Pastor - Ben Poirier. Ben and his wife, Elaina are in charge of our youth group. For almost three years Ben and Elaina have served as Bob Benoit's partners in crime in this area. With Bob moving up they are taking the brave step of taking over. They are both phenomenally gifted and our youth are sure to blossom under their careful if not keystone cop style of teaching.

 Spanish Pastor-Juan A. DeLon. Pastor Tony has been serving the Lord for twenty one years and has been attending Twin Lakes Community Church for over five years as an elder of the Spanish Ministries. He has received a degree in Bible Studies, and a certificate to teach the Word of God. In October, he was called upon to be an Associate Pastor. He has been married to his wife Esmilda for 26 years. He and his wife have three children, Fernando, who has a family of his own, Corina who is in her 3rd year of college, and Keven, a college freshman.

Director of Worship and Children's Ministries - Nan Bull loves the Lord with her whole heart and shows it in leading worship and the teaching of our children. Nan serves together with her husband Greg who is one of our Elders. They have lived and served in the community since 1991. They have four grown children: Nicole,Tiffany, Samantha and Andrew. Nicole and Tiffany are married and now serve with their husbands in churches in their own communities.

 Church Secretary- Elaina Poirier. Elaina has been a wonderful addition to our office staff. Along with working as our new church secretary, she has been working very diligently with her husband, Pastor Ben, as a youth leader for 3 years now.
